The staff looked after my Mother with such love and care during the last few years of her life. I'm forever grateful for the care of the staff who ended up being some of her closest friends.
Your loved ones belongings will be stolen and that is standard practice for this place
My .Mother and i were yelled at by staff, supervision was not undertaken and therefore, tablets were not taken, food not cut up as requested. Basic care requests ignored. Overall satisfaction extremely low. I would not recommend this facility.
Best facility ever with good staff. Good working relations amongst the staff as a result of best management.Good job.
