This place is a contradiction In a lot ways. If u are there early they are praying on the intercom and the next minute talking to people like they are stupid. I know we are all stressed working with the public. I do so too!!!! It is so hard. On a bright note jay is awesome . He smiles through the stress!

The sales staff has taken advantage of my parents aged 88 and 85. They went to extend their warranty and were talked into buying a new car. They wanted one exactly like their old one. They were told the one they were given was exactly the same except no heated seats or heated steering. That was fine as long as it had all the safety features from their old car. I visited the dealership service dept. on: 04/14/2021. An "oil change," was requested and upon check out, I was charged for an "oil change," and "tire rotation." All four of my wheels were damaged due to the "breach of care," or lack there of, in the process. I do Not recommend this facility!
