We hired Kirk Tours as our getaway car for our wedding, and overall the service was really good. The car was clean and arrived on time, and the driver was super pleasant to talk to. The only downside was that the person who handles reservations and billing is a bit unorganized. There was a fair amount of delay between when we originally reached out and when we got a response, and then while discussing details of the reservation there were a few times where they got our reservation mixed up with someone else's. We reserved a historical tour with Marva and were looking to be a high-spend customer for wedding transportation. We went in a different direction withe the transportation because of the intermittent communication and lack of quality customer service. Recently, we followed up to confirm the historical tour, as we have (14) guests committed. Come to find out, she booked another party into our reserved time, without communicating the details to us. We used Kirk Tours for transportation at our wedding in May. They went above and beyond to accommodate multiple drop offs, were flexible in adjusting timelines as needed, and were so kind and easy to work with. We feel so thankful to have found them - they made our wedding logistics stress free and enjoyable.
