I had an appointment with Kirk and son to steam clean our commercial kitchen floor. I made a mistake on the time. The crew had already left after waiting for me 30 minutes. I needed the floor cleaned because it was getting new epoxy the following day. When I called, the owners came out to take care of it. This in itself was kind enough. When they did the floor, it was old school scraping and scrubbing. I've had 2 other companies in the past bring out their cleaners, rotating brush machines and steamers.
