Poor communication from management and technicians are told to take short cuts that are unsafe and they offer no training 1 week that’s it customers at the Lima shop I personally know 3 of them and they complain about the manager
I drive for a Food Bank and since 2003 we have been leasing tractors and trailers from Kirk's. Everyone there has been great to deal with. In 16 years only broke down twice and within a couple hours they brought me a tractor and I was on my way again.
