First off, let me mention that before knee surgery it's up to the patient to workout for more favorable results. For me this was walking and using water resistant weights going against the current of the lazy river. I researched the best orthopedic knee replacement doctor in Northern Virginia and Dr. Kinsfater was at the top of the list. He does not use robotics because of best practices used. Bilateral knee replacement in 2022. Incredible recovery and results.

In October, 2025 Dr Kindsfater did a total left hip replacement. December Dr Kindsfater did my right total hip replacement. I had bone on bone both hips. Prior to surgery-Excruciating pain!!! Now after surgery doing wonderful!! Dr Kindsfater and his team are fantastic!!!
