Kirk is efficient, kind, and very easy to work with. He is very honest, but not pushy, regarding the decisions you have to make in selling or buying a property. My wife and I have worked with Kirk in buying our first home back in 2020 and again in selling our home in 2024. My wife and I worked with Kirk buying our house in WA. Being first time home buyers Kirk was wonderful guiding us through the entire process. We found Kirk's background/knowledge in home construction and the various towns and neighborhoods to be a valuable asset while viewing houses. He also knows someone that can address any house need, which is super helpful! We even found our lender through him. We would not hesitate recommending him to anyone looking to buy a house in Washington.
Kirk is the best real estate agent in the area! We were visiting a couple of open houses in the area and had talked to some real estate agents that we felt some pressure from but the second we talked to Kirk he passed the vibe check. By far Kirk has been the best realtor I’ve worked with. I had already relocated to another state and wasn’t available to find contractors or monitor any of the repairs but with Kirks help everything worked out and the house was sold.
