I thought finally I'll get help with my strange, aching foot pain by seeing an actual "foot" doctor. Nope. After he saw nothing on my X-rays he basically shrugged and said, "we can give you an injection" and gave me a list of different shoes I could buy. He barely looked at my feet, no tests, no checking what hurts, no opinions on what it could be, nothing to try like exercises or stretches or anything. Just a waste of time and a huge "specialist" copay. Now what do I do?
