Called to see about getting some work done. Only for them to hang up in my face before answering my questions. On the website their business hour starts at 7am I called at 7:10 I asked were they open she said no so I asked what time did they open, she hung up on me. I had no problem waiting until they did. But I felt like that was very unprofessional. If they are going to be that rude over something so simple I would hate to have them do work for me and have a problem.
It appears my daughter had some shotty work done in her new construction home. I called about building codes for dryer wall outlet and electric water tankless hot waters. I found the owner Glen to be knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. I believe my daughter will be changing out her hot water system soon...so sad And Kirk electric will be the man to do the job.
Had appointment time scheduled, on day of service they did not show on time. Nor did they answer phone call or return call.
