RecommendedThe service department is outstanding! Our 2015 Terrain broke down in Grenada on our way from St. Louis to the Gulf Coast for vacation. We were able to drive it to Kirk Brothers Supercenter on a Saturday at 10am and the service department was amazing. They were able to quickly determine what the problem was (a bad solenoid which came out of nowhere), and they were able to quickly put a new one in. Within an hour we were back on the road!! Hayes, Lester and Jim! They all three stayed late Thursday and worked all day Friday to make sure we drove this car off of the lot and back to Arkansas. I cannot say enough good things about these three men. They were just as determined as I was and we wouldn’t have it if it wasn’t for their diligence throughout the whole process. We drove over 3 hours to come there and they made sure it was worth our drive. I cannot thank these three enough for their help with our car buying experience. They were phenomenal.
