Made an appointment three days in advance to get wipers worked on because they went out. I told them to fix wipers first and if they had time do an oil change and rotation. I dropped the car off at 8am and when I called at 11:30 they told me they finished service and rotations and were starting diagnostic. When I got there at three to pick it up the guy had nothing but excuses and they didn’t even do a diagnostic yet but said soon. I did not leave it there and most likely will never be back!
