I ordered and bought a vehicle from Kirk and that experience was great. But since then, the experience has not been so great. I started smelling a sour smell in my vehicle back last fall. Try to sell me and my Son a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had frozen valve lifters. I get the "Sold as is", But dishonesty and being crooked doesn't describe the manipulation they pulled to get me to buy this auto without full disclosure of its problems. And don't be fooled, they knew. Turning off the check engine light and hoping it wouldn't come back on during a test drive was just part of their deception. Fortunately there are 3 witnesses to it. Shame on Kirk.

Was told by Rachel we would have an opportunity to look at a vehicle first but the day before we were notified of a needed minor repairs and we would be notified, the notification we received was it was sold.

Great experience, made a call told them which one I wanted… showed up signed the papers, DONE, I have spent more time in the checkout line at the grocery store than the time it took to purchase a new car…Friends doing business with friends....
