Kirk was hired to represent a client for a real estate matter as a recommendation. Unfortunately, Kirk did not pre form for the client's benefit or entirely on their behalf. The client was not satisfied with his representation. I would not recommend Kirk again.
I hired Mr. Apel to represent me on a matter and I didn't feel I received adequate and satisfactory representation. I personally would NEVER hire Mr. Apel again to represent me for any matters pertaining to defence. He also failed to advised me prior to obtaining a retainer from me that his license had been suspended by the Law Society only 4 months prior to taking on my case.

Hands down the most knowledgeable and experienced lawyer in the ENTIRE city I rarely offer compliments or review but this office deserves praise and then some Kirk is professional, shrewd, honest and VERY VERY capable I highly recommend this firm!
