Con artists!!!! Said I need a $227 capacitor and 2-3 lbs of R-22 at a cost of about $600 plus a service call charge on top of it. Called another company and he said it only needed 1/2 lb of R-22 and charged less than $200 for service call and refrigerant. Stay away and run from these guys!!!!!!

I've been using these folks since 1982, and they're still doing a great job. Every service technician who has come to my home is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. (And the lady who answers the phone is an angel.)

No response- at all. I have even asked that they just call and tell me they have no ability or interest to help or continue to provide service. This is after years of using the company and multiple referrals. This has now amounted to a huge waste of my time.

We have used Kirk for many years. They are very honest, reliable and reasonable priced. I don’t recommend any complies besides Kirk, that is how highly I think of them. One friend was told by another company that she needed to spend thousands of dollars to fix her a/c. I suggested that she contact Kirk. Kirk charged her a few hundred dollars to fix her a/c.
