Scam. I never saw this physician, had no clue what the bills were about and figured they were a mistake. Never got help, just asking for the $30 balance. They hounded me until they started threatening me with collections so I just paid them their stupid $30 to go away pretty much. This place is a huge scam.
Don't come here. Office is mess and you are just a number and they don't care about you or what you need. They are severely understaffed, which I'm surprised at because this doctor has such bad reviews but people still go to him. I've been waiting on things for weeks, they never get back to you. Several miscommunications, even though I followed up with them to ask things. They hang up on you. The person answering the phones favorite phrase is "you're going to have to wait". This is the worst place. They are completely useless and will not follow up with right time. I can't even get a appointment or referral and they wont follow up. stay away!
