After my daughter's hand when through the wall while spackling yesterday, she discovered a yellow jacket next in the wall. In a panic, I contacted Mark Weaver at Kirchner's and he was so calming and came to my home in an hour. He greeted us calmly and found it to be an inactive nest, but for our peace of mind, removed the nest and sprayed the inside and outside walls. I have been a customer of theirs for almost a year now and I have nothing but utmost respect for this company! They are super friendly, excellent customer service and do a great job by keeping my unwanted friends out of my home!! I will certainly keep them and keep their competitor that is known world wide out of my home! I couldn't believe I had the competitor for over 5 yrs and we had stopped their services but when I needed them, how they came up with an outrageous $$$ for me to start up service again, luckily I spotted a... read more

Their technicians apparently have no idea how to drive. One of them in a small blue car flew up behind me while I was on 30 heading west. I was going over the speed limit he rode my ass swerving left to right then when I brake checked him and got over he tried to get in front of me to break check me. Then he proceeded to speed well in excess of 95 MPH away from me. I wouldn't trust a company that hires degenerates like this.
