Actually I left a review on this site 3 years ago about how much I liked Dr. Kirchner. I still this he is a good eye doctor, but I have chosen to no longer be a patient there. His office staff was so rude to me today when I called to set up an appointment, and failed to even ask me any questions about my insurance coverage, which is different than the last time I went.
