Dr. Atlas, an Ophthalmologist at CEENTA in Matthews, misdiagnosed me resulting in permanent damage to my eyesight from Wet Macular Degeneration. I went to see him because I had ALL the signs of it. He never ran the proper tests and said it was only a floater! I couldn't even see letters in the center of the eye chart so he said,"just read the outer letters!". The business office people (especially Mike and another lady) are extremely rude and try to avoid answering direct questions about how much care will cost if paying out of pocket. Instead, they constantly interrupt, spewing answers before even hearing out the question. They do not want to answer my questions about cost, so they interrupt, put you on hold (and never return to the call), and even hang up on you. Do not purchase the CEENTA PRK eye surgery package. The reason is if you complain about the results, they will just drop you as a patient and refuse to do another PRK surgery to correct your vision from the first surgery. And then you'll be stuck looking for another eye care provider to correct the results from the CEENTA PRK surgery. I had to pay for a second PRK surgery from another eye care provider to correct the results from the first PRK surgery I had paid CEENTA for because they refused provide the follow up surgery s... read more
Dr Saltzmann is an excellent eye doctor, who answers questions about eye medical issues directly and with clarity.
Dr. Saraiya is very caring and compassionate. I am a 66 year old woman who has cataracts in both eyes. Dr. Saraiya performed surgery on my left eye this week and she gave me direct information on what to expect before and after my surgery. When I went for my follow up she was very compassionate and informative. I go on the 25th to get my right eye done and I cannot think of anyone else I would rather have do it. I would and have recommended her to my friends and family.
I love the professional but easy manner Dr. Rhein bolt has with his eye care patients.. His knowledge and skill was appreciated during my two Cataract surgeries.. I recommend him highly....
