Hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in a business. The tech was fine but charged us their fee and didn’t even know how to run the diagnostic test or have a solution besides guess what was wrong. He had a hunch that a certain part was broke but it was never confirmed. Then they sent us a $300+ quote for the dishwasher to be fixed. Kirch Appliance came to my Elder Father's house, after he called for a repair, supplied info on the make (Whirlpool), model and problem of the stove. The Technician charged $86.51 for looking at the stove. He didn't repair it, just noted on the receipt that all 4 burners needed the switches replaced. When I called and asked about the lack of repair, the woman told me that the technicians let customers know that is the charge for checking the item.
