I purchased a bad boy mower from them in 2025. It stopped working unexpectedly and I took it back to them as it was still under warranty. Dropped it off on June 3rd. I followed up with them every week. Was told they hadn't gotten to it. Picked it up on June 22nd. It was not fixed. My original thought was the seat switch / sensor had gone bad.
