RecommendedThis is a local company that exemplifies stellar customer service. I have been very happy with my reverse osmosis system as tea and coffee tastes so much better than my softened water. Should my water softener expire down the road, I will be calling Kirby first thing.
Rep came out to check old softener, which was 20 years old and gave a bid for a new one. One week later...Removal of old, and install new, less than one hour!!
I just wanted to say thank you to the owner Brad for coming out today, and being so thorough and informative. We are all looking forward to much better water...in just a few more days. Wow!
Owner came out the day after I reached out to have a home water test completed. Unit in home was over 20 years old. Owner explained repair, rental, payment plan, and full purchase. Also explained how the water softener worked, and ease of future repairs if I purchased the newer unit. I went with the rental plan. Tech arrived early on day of install. Was quick, clean, and took old unit. Notice a difference in taste, and no more dry, itchy skin after showers. Salt delivery and automatic payment is a plus.
Everyone at Kirby Water is so caring & so easy to work with! We now get their water at work & it's so refreshing & we drink a lot of it! Great that it comes before we run out. Highly recommend any of their services. Honest people that care about YOU!
They are so wonderful! We were dealing with Culligan before these guys and I couldn't ask for anyone better than Kirby! They are 100% for their customers!
