Absolutely phenomenal! Dr. Wendy Ernst truly cares and her staff is as patient as she is, even with difficult demanding pet owners such as myself. Not proud of my demands, but our entire family has been so stressed out by a disorder our dog has and she clearly is committed to helping us rectify it. Long road ahead, but our boy is in good hands.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Wendy Ernst & the staff at Kirby!! My rescue dog Jack is Absolutely PETRIFIED of the entire vet experience & even though he's a "handful" to say the least while there, they are great with him & do what they can to make it better! The prices are reasonable & we don't feel like a number! They have also gone above & beyond with helping out friends I have referred there & with some special situations!!! ❤️❤️
Willing to take on our little rescue girl with fear aggression...and did it with style! She (and they) made it through okay.
