Fantastic place for outpatient therapy! Kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Taken several family members for therapy services here & highly recommend!! Their new facility is also a huge bonus.
I had my first appointment/evaluation at the new physical therapy location. I was treated with respect from the moment I arrived. Everyone I had contact with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The therapist I met with (Lisa) was reassuring and so helpful in telling me what our goals will be and how we will reach them. I say “we” because Lisa made me feel like it will be a joint effort and she will be beside me all the way. We should be thankful there is such a state-of-the-art facility in Monticello. The Kirby Therapy department has the best employees, therapists and equipment.
Front desk person is rude and not professional about her job. Scheduling and notifications seems to be an issue with the staff as well. I would recommend finding somewhere else to go for therapy because these clowns do not take your health seriously.
