Property manager Nan Lee was a wonderful help! She helped me out of a difficult situation I had and was super empathetic and helpful. I am so glad this community fixed the situation and responded quickly. I stayed here for two years and it was a wonderful experience. Awesome location and service!
My daughter lived two years at Kirby Station while working on her Master's Degree at University of Memphis. Once we had an issue with the apartment, the property manager Nan Lee immediately took care of it all and made our entire experience a very pleasant, efficient, and in a very professional way. Tons of cockroaches
It use to be a great place until the manager clark katelyn came, probably one of the most incompetent people ive met. First instance: My wife is pregnant & the apartment under is being painted (our entire apartment smells like paint thinner), the fumes go straight into our apartment, we can’t stay there for obvious reasons, I talk to her about it & she says “what do you want me to do about it” Second instance: Replacing our stairs to leave us trapped in our house without telling us the time they’d even start on the stairs.
