I used to love this place before the pandemic. I could not get in to get my Kirby serviced and had to move unexpectedly and left my kirby with my niece. She was able to take it in and have it serviced for me before I came back to get it. Once I got it and went to use it my Kirby no longer worked at all. I didn't drop it off with any issues regarding its operation. When I called, the man apologized and told me to send it to them and that they would pay for the shipping.
