Gary has outstanding customer service that you just don’t see anymore! He identified the issue with my Kirby immediately & fixed it while I waited. Kirby’s truly are the BEST vacuums - made to LAST! I traded up for a brand new Kirby, Gary took care of me I liked the customer service. All my questions were answered very friendly service , helpful and professional would refer my friends. A great store and vacuum. A customer came in when I was buying mine and said he owns a 30-year-old Kirby.Running like a top, he just stopped in to get bags.
Great customer service, very honest & fair price.
I called Kirby Sales to see if they had a belt replacement for my (non-Kirby) vacuum. They did not, but he referred me to three local places that might, and I was able to get the piece locally rather than order it off Amazon. They will be the first place I turn in the future for my vacuum needs.
