My daughter passed unexpectedly in February and I wanted a Life Celebration at my home. We had over 100 people come and Jeff helped plan and set up the most beautiful backyard display. We had tents and tables with chairs, beautiful table clothes. It was perfect and with such a short notice. Tyrone and Tony worked hard to make it all perfect and were quick! I would highly recommend Kirby for all parties and events!! Thank you so much everyone!!
For some reason they did not want to get back to me. If they preferred not to do our event I wish they would have just been honest instead of telling me that they would be in touch. I called back after I didn't hear back in the time frame they stated and they told me they would email the quote and information. I did send an email later asking for a quote on another item with the quote I was awaiting and I never heard back... Very unprofessional.
Great customer service! My best friend's wedding was a huuge success and they handled everything with professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend them to anyone.
