Kirby screwed my family of 6 on a house 4 1/2 years ago. We sold our home and had to move in 90 days. He stalled on our deal for the bank on the new home until another bidder came in. It pretty much ate up our whole dead line. In the end we didn't get the home and the new winner only paid $5k more than us. What a waste of time. My family and I had to move in with my mother inlaw and wait it out for 3months until we got in the other house. This new home that we choose was a short sale. And we got that home quick. One of the customer service i have ever received. This guys refused to represent me to buy a home in Hurlock because am hispanic, He was nasty on the phone, degrading towards me and told me to be quiet when i was trying to explain something to him. Then he just hung up thE phone on me. RUDE RUDE RUDE
