I just had my visit to establish care with Danielle Pare APRN. I have never had such a kind, supportive, and honest conversation with a primary care provider. She made sure my medical history on file was accurate. We found some errors in my record from previous providers and those were corrected. She discussed any concerns I had based on family history.
