I came to see an apartment ( Denise) the manger wasn't there was at another property, I was told but made appointment online this was on Monday today Friday and a call was initiated today. This is a flag for me plus other residents stated management is never available. I changed my mind on this facility. The appointment was confirmed and, I think your excuse is very inappropriate for you you to respond back to me on but, I see this is a normal for you as a manager.. They just denied me and gave me no reason why. And said see attached letters and there was no letter. And the application cost 50 dollars. And there is no email to respond to. Please state what your email address is.
You DO NOT want to live here. The new management and company do not care about the residents, and you can't talk to people higher up with your concerns. It is roach infested, after a sewage flood on the 1st floor residents on that floor were forced to live with the nastycarpet mold etc for months. Due to law suit with the city, residents could not get help. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
