I came here for a simple teeth cleaning with AirFlow, but they did not actually perform an AirFlow cleaning. The hygienist did an okay job, so I initially had no complaints. Then the doctor came in and completely changed the experience. He was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. He asked about my previous dental work, and when I mentioned that I had some work done in my home country, he told me to “go to my country” to have everything done there, including my cleaning. My bridge suddenly came loose on Thursday night. I was freak out, so I emailed Dr. Yee right away. I didn’t realize the office was closed on Friday. To my surprise, I received a call from Dr. Yee’s office early the next morning. They got me in immediately and fixed my bridge perfectly. I truly felt cared for throughout the entire experience.
