I had several unpleasant experiences with this clinic. First, a few months ago, I emailed Natalie to ask for an estimate for a deep cleaning. She replied that they would not be able to provide an estimate unless I made an appointment with them first. Second, I have one tooth bridge, but I received a bill charging me for three teeth. I emailed them about the mistake, and they eventually corrected it. The third issue was that the back of my bridge had several sharp edges that were cutting my tongue. Great experience! I think I’ve been going to this dental office for about 2+ years and love it. They are thorough, helpful, and have very kind staff! They use the newest dental tech to ensure the best cleaning and ensure my dental questions are fully met,
The staff is trust worthy, caring and efficient, they always take good care of me!
Dr Yee was warm and friendly, but he got right down to business. He identified my problem, gave explanations and advice, and fixed me up. He also offered me a referral if I wanted to do one of the options he discussed. Dr Kirby Yea DDS is a fine clinician.
