I wanted to post because of the wonderful customer service we received from Kirby Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. We had a unique and mysterious noise coming from the the attic/furnace which they came out 2 times to find the noise, never questioning me on why it only occurs at night when it is really cold and they aren't here. Very honest and quick!!!
I had a water heater that was leaking and obviously bad. I was looking for a replacement. I knew it was bad and they came out spent 2 minutes to tell me it was bad and charged me $94. I know others don't do this as I ended up going with someone else and was not charged to tell me something I already knew.
I moved into a 2003 mobile home home with the origional GAS HVAC. To replace it, I asked my friend, a retired commercial heating & air company owner who to use. He checked with another retired HVAC company owner. They recommended Kirby. I got 2 other bids for the replacement. Kirby's bid was the fairest. Josh & Sam installed mine in 1 day. Josh has 30 years experience. He fine tuned my unit to where it's worked great since they installed it 3 days ago. I would definately recommend using Kirby for your HVAC needs.
