Just called in to make appointments for myself and my three daughters. Sadly the receptionist wasn’t in a good mood and along with all the huffing and puffing while asking questions, you could clearly hear the negative attitude in her voice. Didn’t get her name but she knows who she is. Killed her with kindness of course and before hanging up, told her I hoped she has a good rest of the day. So sad it’s people like her that keeps people away from what may have been a good experience with a good dentist and patients. .....*to... read more
