I am 71 years of age and have never had such a bad experience with any business. 10 scheduled appointments were made before they actually came to clean as promised. Only through customer service was I able to get anyone to come. I have been now trying to schedule another appoint-ment for carpet shampooing AND cleaning and again cannot get any response.
