I don't understand all the negative reviews. This is a local mom and pop shop that sells Kirby parts for Kirby vacuums. They do Kirby vacuum repairs for a great price. They have nothing to do with the sales people knocking on your door. I have been coming here for a few years and have nothing but great experiences. It is also cheaper for me to buy Kirby bags here than a big store. I took a picture because they have a sign up that states they are temporarily closing early at 4:30 until further notice.
I have dealt with this company for a number of years purchasing supplies and obtaining repair when it was needed (rarely). Having recently purchased a brand new Avalir, I noticed the transmission would make an awful grinding noise while in neutral and pushed with the motor off. This is the way you’re supposed to push it, in neutral while the motor is off. where is the pink thing
I've been taking my Kirby to these guys for years. Always do a great job with my yearly check up. I had to replace my motor in the diamond series a few years back also and they fixed it right up. This is the only place I take my Kirby for service.
The one star reviews are not for this business! This is an authorized Kirby repair and sales shop on West 20th Avenue and the owners are old-school good people. Great place to go if you want to repair or get parts for a Kirby vacuum.
