Sales team was very pleasant and professional. I didn't really need a new vacuum but I ended up with one. A few months later I'm a Kirby fan.

I have been using a Kirby for over 40 years, my Mom had one too, that I still have from 1959 and still works. This is my 3rd Kirby, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. No other vacuum is guaranteed for life, vacuums, shampoos, buffs, and more. This is an investment that lasts a lifetime. I bought 2 and each daughter will inherite one. yes, they are heavy, but the clean is worth it.

Never buy a kirby,kirby sweeper is heavy,you need to take it apart to just put vacuum hose on it and sometimes the belt will go on and sometimes it won't

These people are just trying to make a sale. I specifically asked if they had to run my credit because I was trying to buy a house and I can't have my credit run.. he told me it was soft pull and wouldn't effect me..well a few days later found out that was a lie. There was a hard pull on my credit and my score dropped.. tried resolving the issue, but refused to let me out of the contract. Stating I got paid already, and I'm not giving the money back. He had the option to let the finance company cancel the contract but refuse... read more
