I would give no stars if I could. I purchased a vacuum and the very next day realized I did not want to go through with the purchase because I wasn’t happy. The manager tried to insult me and is almost making it impossible to return. They also promised a service when I allowed them to enter my home. Instead, they just ruined my couches
Let me save you time and money...call the location in Madera (off 4th St. between Burrito King & Candy's Grill) yes Madera & you will still save time going to Madera and you will pay less for a basic service and if you need more work done you will most likely pay half the price over this location on Blackstone. Fresno-Blackstone quoted me more than double the price and then told me my Kirby won't be ready for at least a month!
