This place is a joke - I only gave it one star because it's the lowest rating you can choose - it deserves a minus ten stars. I called and called after finding it listed as a "Kirby Authorized Dealer" online. Finally, a man called me back and said "sorry, I was outside when you called." It was extremely strange, but I really needed my Kirby repaired so I agreed to bring it in. I found the address and arrived at an old rickety building that looked to be abandoned but I went in.
