What a horrible store! We have owned our Kirby for 5 years and still can't figure this store out. Every time I go to purchase something for my vacuum, no one is ever there. There are no hours of operation posted. When there are hours posted, they are constantly changing. I am tired of wasting gas, money and time just trying to get necessities. I wish I could give you no stars.....
