The chef is powerful and may be a genius
Last night I hosted a company dinner at Kiran's and everything and one was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was flawless, and every dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. Kiran's exceed all of my expectations and made our event truly unforgettable!
Food: This restaurant serves an Americanized take on Indian cuisine—all the dishes we tried were a “trimmed-down spice” version of traditional Indian food. Calling it authentic Indian would be a stretch; anyone who has eaten in India would know. That said, I still really enjoyed the meal. The meat was fresh and cooked to perfection, the gravy and sauces had well-balanced flavors, and the milder spice level makes the dishes very approachable for Western palates.
