Very personable and takes the time to listen to the patient. She has a genuine concern for what is happening with her patients. Willing to take the time to have follow up visits to review tests instead of just having staff do it over the phone. Wants to know if medications that she orders are effective for the patient.

Dr. Chi Lapps was amazing while I was having a procedure done. She check on me daily and was very thorough in her explanations of what I should expect going forward. She made my hospital stay my ch more manageable.
