Several months after making an appointment, I confirm the day before by phone and ask if I can bring my infant to the appointment to which the office staff said was perfectly fine. I arrive to the appointment to be told that the doctor is not there and when I call to inquire, the person on the phone is stern and rude and says she had left me multiple voicemails about needing a referral. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Booked an appt in April for June. At no point in that two month period did anyone notify me that I needed a referral, despite having PPO insurance and being in the Sutter system. The worst part is my doctor would gladly have sent a referral had I been notified more than 4 hours prior to the appointment. The representative I spoke to could not have cared less. I’m a patient of Dr Narsing. I suffer of a chronic pain in my stomach for years, she hasn’t been able to help me. I told her I went to see a Dr in Mexico and she had a very bad actitud when I wanted to show her the medicine I got from Mexico, she told me I should stay with only one Dr. But I told her I’m desperate and tired of dealing with this pain for years, she just had a very bad actitud!
She had great bedside manner. Very friendly and took the problem seriously.
