Terrible doctor. Yesterday he called me to yell at me because “I messaged him too much” through the Buffalo Medical Group’s own messaging platform. He didn’t know that I recorded the interaction. I literally sent him 4 messages and wasn’t expecting him to respond immediately to them. The platform itself says “it may take up to 24 hours for a response”. As a medical provider myself, Dr. Bojedla is thoughtful, knowledgeable and organized! His staff is wonderful & kind and overall a very welcoming practice
Dr. Bojedla is a fantastic person who really cares and listens to his patient. I was there for the first time and I had to ask if I had a time limit because after moving from South Carolina to New York I had a number of issues I needed to take care. He took care of them all. And his staff is excellent as well. They made all the calls for my referrals. I am so happy I found Dr. Bojedla.
Dr. Bojedla is a fantastic doctor. He is attentive, he doesn't rush through the appointments. He actually listens.
Dr. Bojedla is a good doctor however, he says things that show his biases. He withheld information & shared it only after sending me thru numerous unnecessary procedures. He speaks from a place of assumption based on how he views you & being a black woman, I feel disrespected at times. Also uncomfortable when he brings people (in my case a man) he is training into my appointment without asking if it's okay.
