really fresh flavors and vegeterian friendly saw a sean the sheep instagram video we really enjoyed all the veggie ones tofu and mushroom were favorites along with the chilli crisp dip was great and friendly staff
We had a BLAST at Kira. The hand rolls were exceptional- especially the Maitake and Lobster. Wow. The shaved ice was unlike any dessert I’ve had in town, and the quality of the fish was top-notch. But beyond all that, the SERVICE was so good. The chefs and waiters were kind, funny, had great recommendations, and made the evening very special for my wife and I. We will be back!
The food was excellent (I got the ikura with salmon donburi, the spicy shrimp temaki, and the bluefin tuna temaki) the ambience was incredible, the service was great. The prices were very reasonable. I have no complaints; one of my favorite sushi experiences I’ve had in Houston so far.
I love this place. It’s delicious without being overpriced. It’s got a good vibe and isn’t pretentious. The negitoro bowl and chirashi are so good. They pay attention to small details like marinated leeks and perfectly seasoned rice. Not one piece left. I absolutely love their mango dessert. They say the ice is flown in from Japan. Whether that’s true or not, that dessert is so tasty - and somehow it’s vegan. Their service is attentive and responsive too. Highly recommend!
