This rough-and-tumble experience is like a cross between a motorcycle ride and a back-road trek. Tours take place on a working cattle ranch that covers 3,000 acres. Participants travel through forests, fields, up inclines and down riverbeds. Along the way there are plenty of sights to see; the Menehune Fish Pond and the Haupu Mountains are two of the main ones. We had a fabulous time on this tour. Mana and Troy were excellent guides and really made this a hit with the whole family!
Four of us took the ATV tour Tuesday with Lumbo and Josh as our guides. It rained for about the first hour which made it all the better! Who would've thought...we all had a great time in the sloppy mess and fabulous views when the sun came out. Lumbo and Josh were fabulous, had all kinds of ranch and movie details and even introduced us to their wild boar friend Kevin...Bacon🐗 We highly recommend this adventure...do not miss out on it! #1.
We’ve done a lot of off roading in the southwest but ATVing on the Kipu Ranch was beautiful! We had the best weather too. Josh and Rob were great guides, very knowledgeable and entertaining. Loved hearing about the history of the land. Definitely would recommend Kipu Ranch Adventures for a tour!
We had a great tour of hidden Kauai with guides Rob and James who were both excellent and well versed in local history. The equipment performed well and the trails were in fine shape despite the recent rain. The tour was a great opportunity to see some wonderful views from private property which is otherwise inaccessible. Well done!
The tour with Joshua and Justin was incredible! Joshua made the land come alive with his knowledge of the history and Hawaiian language. Great equipment too. Highly recommended this activity!
Great company. All three couples we travel with loved our time on the ranch. Joshua and Justen served as guides and they added to our enjoyment with their commentary and efforts to make sure everyone was stay. Two key employees I would think! The scenery was incredible and made more awesome by the historic commentary from Joshua. It was obvious that Joshua loves Kauai and the Hawaiian history and traditions. Went on the ultimate ranch tour today (2/3/18) at 7 am. Our tour guides were Ryan and Mana who were great! They were knowledgeable of the land and history of it which was nice. Highly recommend!
