They don’t fix anything when it doesn’t work. Unless you work for the place you get nothing done…. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have kids. Bed bugs and cock roaches are a big thing too! So nasty.
Aging property in need of regular repairs, the maintenance guys are timely and efficient. This place has improved immensely in the past couple of years. Affordable townhomes. Recommended.
Units have bed bug and cockroach infestations in a bad way, and unless all units in a row are cleared of bed bugs and cockroaches they will come back, meaning an endless battle against them. Do not move here.
living here for the past 5years and at first we were treated like gold the first year any repairs or questions were answered within a week of request.. fast forward 2023 Only thing done on time is the notices for rent increases and their memos for changes of rules and regulations within the complex. why am i paying more each year for less and less services? we are a family with only 1 working electrical outlet in our kitchen and are only able to use 1 small appliance ; such as toaster, coffee maker, kettle or mirowave.... at... read more
