Someone please explain to me why the superintendent of this building has a whole elevator for themselves which is personally used for his family only ?

Elevators always broken and the front has been under construction for months and they’re not doing anything about it.
As you can see from the other reviews, no one has anything good to say about this place under the new management—and for good reason. Q Residential owns far too many properties, but their greed still drives them to try and hike the rent by 5% without any real justification. The things they choose to “fix” aren’t even in the best interest of the tenants. They’re needlessly tearing things up, like the roundabout and the beloved convenience store, just to pretend they’re making improvements. Worse, the store’s space is now sitt... read more
