Horrible
Elevators always broken and the front has been under construction for months and they’re not doing anything about it.
As you can see from the other reviews, no one has anything good to say about this place under the new management—and for good reason. Q Residential owns far too many properties, but their greed still drives them to try and hike the rent by 5% without any real justification. The things they choose to “fix” aren’t even in the best interest of the tenants.
