My wife absolutely loves coming to Kipa Threading in Ventura for her eyebrow threading. They consistently do an amazing job, and the service is always quick and efficient. This time, she decided to get some beautiful Henna Art done for our upcoming vacation, and it turned out even better than we imagined.
