We had a great experience today with Dr. Owens and the entire staff. Everyone was so professional, kind, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the visit. It's not always easy going to appointments like these, but they truly made it a positive experience. Highly recommend!
Office staff is horrible! Two times my appt card I came on the date it was written. Both times they said I was not scheduled with no explanation to why my appt card was wrong. So a hour and half of my day was for nothing. I will not go back to Dr Owen and also DHR. What a screwed up mess. You loss a patient and I will NEVER. Refer anyone to Dr Owen or DHR!
Do not recommend. I went for my right knee and have had pain in both the front and the back. I have had restricted movement, and a constant pain at a 8. A 10 on most days. He did not even check my knee in both front and back and just moved my leg around excessively and said it might be due to me being flat footed even tho I have an arch. Recommended just insoles and a knee brace. I asked about my limited movement and he said it’s all in my head. Do not waste your time or money at this place.
Just a disclaimer, I have no problem with Dr Owen as he was my orthopedic doctor numerous times and he’s very good. His office though is another story completely. After getting a referral from my GP, I proceeded to call Dr Owen’s office. They had an appt for me a week later which I was happy to wait. They didn’t have my referral yet so I called my GP to request that it be sent over. It wasn’t ready but they were going to expedite faxing over. Absolutely ❤️ Dr. Owen, he’s REAL and truly wants to see his patients well, since I was younger with a complete ACL tear to now that I’m older with a minor injury!! The BEST in Orthopedic Care!!🤩
