After 7 years I had to STOP using Kip Killmon FORD – For 7 years I suffered through as many staffing changes in the SERVICE Department. As each, in turn, demonstrated INCOMPETENCE and were replaced, I was promised things would improve. But they only GOT WORSE. Yesterday, after being dealt with by an arrogant SERVICE WRITER who would rather win an argument than win a customer, I gave up. My complaints to TOM, the SERVIE MANAGER fell on deaf ears. Someone who has used Kip Killmon for years – We run a local business in the area and Kip Killmon has taken care of us for many years. I bought my truck in highschool from Sonny and it has been running smooth ever sense with regular oil changes and inspections from Kip Killmon. Sonny is a great salesman and he clearly cares about the people who come to his store. The service and reception staff are very friendly and they have never charged us for something we didn't need. HORRIBLE BUSINESS – Do not trust this dealership! We drove down from NY to buy a car from them. We purchased the car in cash (for more than it was worth because we were down there to get a car without rust) and the day after we bought it the check engine light came on. We took it back to the shop and they didn't even want to scan it in the computer. The sales manager Matt Seidlarczyk was extremely rude and dismissive and said it would clear itself on it's own.
